El tirón de la banca explica buena parte de las ganancias, aunque también sobresalen empresas de defensa. A pesar del temor a la recesión, el apoyo del Banco Central Europeo ha sostenido el saldo positivo. No obstante, persisten riesgos y muchos inversores buscan refugio en metales preciosos.

Las bolsas terminan dos mil veinticinco en máximos históricos y la española cierra uno de los mejores años de su historia. (Stock markets end 2025 at record highs and the Spanish one closes one of the best years in its history.)
El Ibex treinta y cinco sube casi un cincuenta por ciento, un resultado que no se veía desde mil novecientos noventa y tres. (The Ibex 35 rises almost fifty percent, a result not seen since 1993.)
El índice alcanza los diecisiete mil trescientos siete puntos, muy cerca de sus máximos históricos. (The index reaches 17,307 points, very close to its record highs.)
Este crecimiento se debe en gran parte al sector bancario, que sube alrededor del cien por cien. (This growth is due largely to the banking sector, which is up around one hundred percent.)
También destaca el sector de defensa, con Indra como el mejor valor del año, con una subida del ciento ochenta y seis por ciento. (The defense sector also stands out, with Indra as the best stock of the year, with a rise of 186 percent.)
