Sobre el ruido, creo que conviene recordar una norma clara para todos: a partir de las 22:30, no debe escucharse música ni haber conversaciones en voz alta en el patio. Podríamos poner un cartel discreto en el portal y enviar un aviso por email indicando el horario y recordando que es una medida general, no dirigida a una persona concreta.
Respecto a los comentarios hacia la vecina nueva, me preocupa que se normalice una actitud de marginación. Propongo que en la reunión dejemos claro que no se tolerará ninguna forma de discriminación y que, si hay un incidente concreto, se hable primero en privado con la persona responsable; si se repite, que quede reflejado en el acta y se valore una advertencia formal.

Regarding the noise, I think it would be good to remind everyone of a clear rule: from 22:30 onward, there should be no music audible and no loud conversations in the courtyard. We could put up a discreet sign in the entrance hall and send a notice by email stating the schedule and reminding everyone that it is a general measure, not aimed at any one person.
As for the comments toward the new neighbor, I’m concerned that an attitude of exclusion could become normalized. I propose that at the meeting we make it clear that no form of discrimination will be tolerated and that, if there is a specific incident, we first speak privately with the person responsible; if it happens again, it should be recorded in the minutes and a formal warning should be considered.
