Gracias por la confirmación. No tengo alergias conocidas, pero tengo la piel sensible, así que prefiero cosmética natural. Para el facial, agradecería que usaran una crema limpiadora suave y una crema hidratante ligera, ya que las cremas muy nutritivas me suelen provocar granos.

Además, llevo varios días con mucha tensión en el cuello y la espalda. ¿Podríais adaptar el masaje para que sea más terapéutico en esa zona, sin que resulte demasiado intenso?

Por último, ¿me confirmas el precio del facial de 30 min y si se puede realizar el mismo día sin retrasar la salida a las 18:00? Si no hay disponibilidad, lo moveríamos a otra cita.

Hi Marta,

Thank you for the confirmation. I have no known allergies, but I have sensitive skin, so I prefer natural cosmetics. For the facial, I would appreciate a gentle cleansing cream and a light moisturizer, as very rich creams usually cause me to break out.

Also, I’ve had a lot of tension in my neck and back for several days. Could you adapt the massage to be more therapeutic in that area without making it too intense?

Finally, can you confirm the price of the 30-minute facial and whether it can be done the same day without delaying the 6:00 PM checkout? If there is no availability, we can move it to another appointment.
