Your health center has updated the referral pathway to specialists. Before the first visit, complete a questionnaire on symptoms and medical history and bring a list of medications. If you need imaging tests, the request is processed from the consultation and you will be able to retrieve the appointment via the app. For some examinations, such as ultrasound or CT scan, it is recommended to come fasting and arrive early.

After the test, the report is added to your medical record and the specialist (orthopedist or ENT specialist, depending on the case) decides the plan. In scheduled surgery, the anesthetist reviews allergies and results before administering anesthesia and may request an additional X-ray. Do not leave the clinic until the team confirms discharge and gives you the instructions for home.
