Gracias por tu correo. Sobre el alcance: queremos reformar la cocina y el baño completos, incluyendo la fontanería; además, nos gustaría cambiar el suelo del salón pero, de momento, no mover tabiques salvo que recomiendes abrir un hueco pequeño para ganar luz.

En cuanto a la distribución y la orientación, preferimos priorizar el aislamiento de la cubierta y ventanas con mejor cierre, porque el salón —al dar a la calle— se calienta mucho por las tardes. Si con una pequeña redistribución se mejora la ventilación cruzada sin perder almacenamiento, estamos dispuestos a considerarlo.

No tenemos el certificado energético actualizado. ¿Puedes incluir en tu propuesta el trámite del certificado y una estimación de las subvenciones posibles y la documentación necesaria? ¿Te viene bien enviarnos un presupuesto preliminar esta semana y organizar una llamada de 15 minutos para resolver dudas?

Hi Clara,

Thanks for your email. Regarding the scope: we want to fully renovate the kitchen and bathroom, including the plumbing. We would also like to replace the living room floor but, for now, we don’t plan to move partition walls unless you recommend opening a small gap to gain more light.

As for the layout and orientation, we prefer to prioritize insulating the roof and installing better-sealing windows, because the living room — since it faces the street — gets very hot in the afternoons. If a minor reconfiguration can improve cross-ventilation without losing storage, we are open to it.

We don’t have an up-to-date energy certificate. Could you include in your proposal the handling of the certificate and an estimate of possible grants and the required documentation? Could you send us a preliminary budget this week and arrange a 15-minute call to clarify any questions?
