Exercise 1: Match a word

Les escribo en relación con el expediente 2026/04-11873. He recibido la notificación por un supuesto estacionamiento en zona de “Prohibido aparcar” (C/ Alcalá, 18/04). Yo había entendido que en ese tramo se podía estacionar fuera del horario de carga y descarga, pero al final veo que la señal era diferente.

¿Podrían confirmarme si esta infracción conlleva retirada de puntos del carné o si solo es sanción económica? Además, les agradecería que me indicaran cómo acceder a las fotos desde la Sede Electrónica y cuál es la forma de pago para aplicar la reducción dentro de los 20 días.

Si fuera necesario identificar al conductor, ruego me confirmen qué datos son precisos.

Good morning:

I am writing to you regarding file 2026/04-11873. I have received the notification for an alleged parking violation in a “No parking” area (C/ Alcalá, 18/04). I had understood that on that stretch it was possible to park outside the loading and unloading hours, but in the end I see that the sign was different.

Could you confirm whether this offence entails a deduction of points from the licence or whether it is only a financial penalty? In addition, I would appreciate it if you could tell me how to access the photos from the Electronic Headquarters and what the payment method is to apply the reduction within the 20 days.

If it is necessary to identify the driver, please confirm what data are required.
