Gracias por la gestión. Adjunto la foto de la multa y el número de expediente, y también una copia del permiso de circulación.

Mi versión: llegué con prisa y vi un parquímetro en la acera; yo había pensado que esa calle era zona azul, pero luego comprobé que el tramo marcado era zona verde. Además, la señal estaba parcialmente tapada por ramas y no la vi con claridad. Estuve aparcada unos 25 minutos.

¿Podríais confirmarme si conviene pagar ahora con la reducción o si, al recurrir, se pierde esa opción? Y, para quedarme tranquila, ¿podéis confirmar que este tipo de infracción no afecta al carnet por puntos?

Thanks for handling this. I attach the photo of the fine and the file number, and also a copy of the vehicle registration document.

My account: I arrived in a hurry and saw a parking meter on the pavement; I had thought that street was a blue zone, but then I checked and the marked section was a green zone. Also, the sign was partly covered by branches and I couldn't see it clearly. I was parked for about 25 minutes.

Could you confirm whether it is better to pay now with the reduction or whether appealing would forfeit that option? And, to put my mind at ease, could you confirm that this type of infraction does not affect the driving licence points?
