El motivo de la consulta es un problema con un proveedor: firmamos un contrato de servicios y desde enero han incumplido varios plazos y condiciones. Yo he reclamado por escrito y me han comunicado una “resolución” que considero injustificada. Quisiera que la abogada Ana Beltrán revise el contrato y los términos legales para valorar opciones (negociación/conciliación o, si procede, reclamar formalmente y gestionar el expediente).

Adjunto el contrato, los anexos y los correos principales. Si necesitáis más documentación, decidmelo y la envío cuanto antes. De momento no necesito poder notarial; solo asesoría y, en su caso, representación legal más adelante.

¿Me podéis confirmar el precio de la primera consulta y las formas de pago? También quisiera saber si habitualmente firmáis algún documento de confidencialidad.

Thank you for your email. I confirm the appointment for Thursday at 6:00 PM, in person.

The reason for the consultation is a problem with a supplier: we signed a service contract and since January they have missed several deadlines and failed to comply with some conditions. I have complained in writing and they have communicated a “termination” that I consider unjustified. I would like lawyer Ana Beltrán to review the contract and the legal terms to assess options (negotiation/conciliation or, if appropriate, file a formal claim and manage the case).

I attach the contract, the annexes and the main emails. If you need more documentation, tell me and I will send it as soon as possible. For now I do not need a power of attorney; only advice and, if necessary, legal representation later on.

Could you confirm the price of the first consultation and the payment methods? I would also like to know whether you usually sign any confidentiality document.
