Un centro de salud en Cataluña, en colaboración con universidades, ha puesto en marcha un programa breve para profesionales sanitarios que desean trabajar en España. La propuesta permite conocer el marco remunerativo y las oportunidades laborales, además de conversar con directivos del sector. También ayuda a entender el sistema sanitario y social del territorio y a compararlo con otros países. Por último, se explica la homologación y los pasos legales y administrativos del traslado.

Mi nombre es Óscar Dalmau y soy director de innovación en un centro de salud en Cataluña. (My name is Óscar Dalmau and I am director of innovation at a health center in Catalonia.)
Trabajamos con universidades de España y Colombia en un proyecto conjunto. (We work with universities in Spain and Colombia on a joint project.)
Este programa está dirigido a profesionales de la salud que quieren trabajar en nuestro país. (This program is aimed at healthcare professionals who want to work in our country.)
Es un programa corto con varios objetivos importantes. (It is a short program with several important objectives.)
El primero es conocer la realidad laboral del sector de la salud en España y explicar las oportunidades de trabajo y el salario. (The first is to learn about the employment reality of the healthcare sector in Spain and explain job opportunities and salary.)
Los participantes pueden conversar con directivos del sector. (Participants can talk with sector executives.)
El segundo objetivo es conocer el sistema sanitario y social del territorio y compararlo con otros países, como Colombia. (The second objective is to learn about the healthcare and social system of the region and compare it with other countries, such as Colombia.)
El tercer objetivo es contactar con personas que ya han vivido esta experiencia y entender cómo es trabajar y vivir en un nuevo país. (The third objective is to contact people who have already lived this experience and understand what it is like to work and live in a new country.)
El último objetivo es comprender el proceso de homologación de títulos, incluida la parte administrativa y legal del traslado. (The final objective is to understand the process of degree recognition, including the administrative and legal part of the move.)
