Also, due to the heat alert, it is forbidden to use barbecues on terraces and the rooftop until further notice (fire risk).

They also ask that we reinforce energy savings in common areas (lights and elevator) and improve the separation of packaging and paper.

Hola, Javier:

Sí, lo he leído y lo entiendo: a partir del lunes solo se podrá sacar el orgánico y el resto de 20:00 a 23:00, y queda prohibido usar barbacoas en terrazas y en la azotea mientras dure la alerta por calor, por riesgo de incendio.

Tengo dos dudas: ¿consta que el Ayuntamiento vaya a realizar inspecciones o imponer multas si alguien saca las bolsas fuera de horario? Y respecto al ahorro energético, ¿queréis que apaguemos alguna de las luces del portal por la noche o preferís ajustar el temporizador para que estén encendidas menos tiempo?

Por mi parte, propongo colocar un cartel informativo en el portal y junto a los contenedores, y enviar un recordatorio por el grupo de vecinos. Creo que con esas medidas y regulando el temporizador se notará el ahorro.

Yes, I have read it and I understand: starting Monday, organic and general waste may only be taken out from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and barbecues are prohibited on terraces and the rooftop while the heat alert is in effect, due to fire risk.

I have two questions: is it confirmed that the City Council will carry out inspections or impose fines if someone puts bags out outside the scheduled hours? And regarding energy savings, would you prefer that we switch off some of the lobby lights at night or simply shorten the timer so they stay on for less time?

For my part, I suggest placing an informational sign in the lobby and next to the bins, and sending a reminder via the residents' group. I think those measures, together with adjusting the timer, will produce noticeable savings.
