El Ayuntamiento informa de que la prolongada ha reducido las reservas hídricas y declara medidas temporales. Te reenvío el aviso del Ayuntamiento. A partir del lunes cambian los horarios y el sistema de separación: habrá más controles y sanciones si se dejan bolsas fuera del contenedor. Además, por la sequía, se restringe el riego de las zonas comunes y recomiendan medidas de ahorro energético en edificios (iluminación y uso del ascensor).

Sí, lo he leído. Resulta evidente que, con la sequía, tendremos que ajustar algunas rutinas para cumplir la normativa y evitar sanciones. Propongo que enviemos hoy mismo una nota a los vecinos con los nuevos horarios y recordando que no se pueden dejar bolsas fuera de los contenedores.
Para las zonas comunes, bastaría con que se suspenda el riego salvo para plantas imprescindibles y que se revise el temporizador para evitar desperdicios. En cuanto al ahorro energético, sugiero cambiar a iluminación LED en el portal y reducir el tiempo de encendido con sensores. También podemos pedir a la empresa de mantenimiento que revise el ascensor para optimizar consumos.
Si te parece bien, redacto un texto breve para el tablón y el grupo de WhatsApp de la comunidad.

Yes, I’ve read it. It’s clear that, with the drought, we will have to adjust some routines to comply with the regulations and avoid penalties. I propose that we send a note to the neighbors today with the new schedules and reminding them that bags cannot be left outside the containers.
For the common areas, it would be enough to suspend watering except for essential plants and to check the timer to avoid waste. As for energy saving, I suggest switching to LED lighting in the entrance hall and reducing the time it stays on with sensors. We can also ask the maintenance company to check the elevator to optimize consumption.
