Gracias por avisar. El jueves entre 18:00 y 20:00 me viene bien; si es posible, prefiero a partir de las 19:00. He notado que el timbre funciona de forma intermitente y que, cuando conectamos la batidora —y alguna vez el robot de cocina— en el enchufe de la encimera, salta el automático del cuadro.

¿Podrías confirmarme si la revisión y un posible cambio de enchufe o interruptor lo asume el propietario? Si el técnico necesita cortar la luz un momento, no hay problema. También indícame si debo dejar el acceso al cuadro eléctrico o a algún cableado de la cocina despejado.

Thanks for letting me know. Thursday between 18:00 and 20:00 works for me; if possible, I prefer from 19:00 onwards. I have noticed that the doorbell works intermittently and that, when we plug the hand blender —and once the food processor— into the countertop socket, the circuit breaker trips at the panel.

Could you confirm whether the inspection and any possible replacement of the socket or switch will be covered by the owner? If the technician needs to cut the power for a moment, that's not a problem. Also let me know if I should leave access to the electrical panel or any kitchen wiring clear.
