Se explica un plan de ayudas del gobierno y la Comisión Europea para reformar casas y mejorar su eficiencia energética, con deducciones de hasta 15,000 euros.

Para organizar una reforma en tu vivienda, puedes pedir orientación sobre Reformas viviendas y consultar el precio de los trabajos más habituales. Existen categorías claras: reformas de baños y cocinas, rehabilitación de fachadas y obras menores como pladur o pintura. Si vas a hacer un cambio importante, conviene solicitar un proyecto de reforma supervisado por un técnico.

Según el tipo de obra, es habitual contactar con albañiles para demoliciones y muros, con fontaneros para renovar tuberías y con carpinteros para puertas, armarios y acabados. En tu mensaje describe la distribución actual, si la vivienda está mal orientada o si buscas un ambiente más acogedor, y especifica plazos y presupuesto aproximado. Recuerda que los adjetivos relacionales, como técnico o mensual, van después del sustantivo.
