Asunto: Tu clase + alquiler de tabla (sábado)
Hola, Marta:

Subject: Your class + board rental (Saturday)
Hi, Marta:
We confirm your booking for this Saturday at 10:00 (class + board rental). Before going into the water, stop by the lifeguard post for the briefing: today they are alternating a yellow flag and a red flag due to currents near the cape.
Bring a life jacket if you don't feel comfortable in open water; if you don't have one, we'll provide one. See you on the seafront promenade, next to the school.
— Álvaro (reception)
Useful phrases:

Te escribo para confirmar que…
(I'm writing to confirm that…)
-
Según lo que indicas, ¿podrías…?
(According to what you indicate, could you…?)
-
Si hay bandera roja, ¿sería posible…?
(If there's a red flag, would it be possible…?)
Marta
Hi, Álvaro:
Thanks for the confirmation. I confirm I will attend on Saturday at 10:00 for the class and the board rental.
Regarding the currents near the cape, could you clarify what protocol you follow if the red flag remains at the start? If entering the water isn't possible, would it be possible to postpone the class or begin with the theoretical/practical part on the shore?
I prefer to use a life jacket; I'll stop by the lifeguard post before the briefing to pick one up.
Kind regards,
Marta
