Para la cena de equipo del jueves, RR. HH. propone un restaurante de cuatro tenedores con dos opciones: cerrado (entrante, principal y postre) o a la carta. El local dispone de para un aperitivo previo, pero el es limitado y conviene reservar. Se pide confirmar antes del martes las dietéticas (vegetariano, sin gluten, etc.) para evitar platos o cambios de última hora.
Como criterio, se valora que el servicio bien las mesas y que el ritmo permita conversar. El menú cerrado es más estable en precio y facilita retirar el primer plato y servir el principal sin interrupciones; a la carta ofrece más libertad, pero puede alargar la cena y complicar la factura. Si el restaurante admite grupos grandes, se priorizará esta opción; si no, se sugiere cerca de la oficina.For Thursday’s team dinner, HR suggests a four-fork restaurant with two options: set menu (starter, main course and dessert) or à la carte. The place has a bar for a pre-dinner drink, but the dining room is limited and it’s advisable to book. They ask to confirm dietary preferences (vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.) before Tuesday to avoid inedible dishes or last-minute changes.
As a criterion, it is valued that the service takes good care of the tables and that the pace allows for conversation. The set menu is more stable in price and makes it easier to clear the first course and serve the main course without interruptions; à la carte offers more freedom, but it can lengthen the dinner and complicate the bill. If the restaurant accommodates large groups, this option will be prioritized; if not, it is suggested to go for tapas near the office.

Hi Marta, thanks for taking care of it. I would go for El Comedor: since it’s a team dinner, the group menu makes the budget and service easier, and it’s more comfortable for conversation.
In my group there’s one vegetarian and another person who doesn’t eat seafood; I don’t know if anyone else has allergies. If you want, I’ll contact them now on WhatsApp to confirm their preferences and I’ll send it to you before 17:00.
