Asunto: Organización y clima del equipo (presentación viernes)
Hola,
Gracias,
Marta
Subject: Team organization and atmosphere (presentation Friday)
Hi,
I'm writing because I'm worried about how we're working. Yesterday, again, Luis arrived late and that threw us all off. Also, in the meeting he responded quite abruptly and Ana became very sensitive; since then she has hardly participated in the chat. I try to stay consistent, but with these disruptions it's hard to make progress.
Can we agree today on a clear plan: schedules, division of tasks, and how to give each other feedback without tensions? If that works for you, we can discuss it and then communicate it to the rest of the team.
Thanks,
Marta

Hi Marta,
Thanks for letting me know. I'm worried about the atmosphere too: the lateness and the abrupt tone yesterday are harmful. I suggest we finalize a short, concrete plan today:
1) Schedule: connect 5 minutes early; anyone who will be late should notify the chat in advance.
2) Division of tasks: I'll prepare slides 1–4 and you review the storyline; let's ask Luis to have the figures and the demo ready by tomorrow at 12:00.
3) Feedback: in the meeting, talk about facts, not people; if someone feels uncomfortable, address it first in private.
I can speak calmly with Luis to request more consistency and appropriate behavior in meetings. I'll also message Ana to check how she's doing and encourage her to participate.
Is a call at 17:30 convenient for you? If so, shall we send a summary to the rest afterward?
Best regards,
