Gracias por tu mensaje. El coche pudo circular tras el golpe, aunque el paragolpes delantero quedó suelto y no era aconsejable conducir mucho tiempo así. Hice fotos en el momento y las adjunto; no hubo heridos. No hubo testigos particulares, pero el vigilante del parking puede confirmar el incidente y revisar las cámaras si lo necesitáis.

Para la reparación prefiero llevarlo al taller AutoRápido (C/ Alcalá 214, Madrid), donde suelo hacer la revisión anual. Por favor, indicadme si ese taller está concertado o si debo llevarlo a uno de vuestra red para que la reparación quede cubierta por la póliza. También agradecería que me explicaseis cómo funciona la indemnización en este caso.

Por último, ¿podéis confirmarme si tengo asistencia en carretera incluida en mi póliza y qué pasos seguiríais si el coche quedara inmovilizado y necesitase grúa?

Thank you for your message. The car could be driven after the bump, although the front bumper came loose and it was not advisable to drive for long like that. I took photos at the time and I am attaching them; there were no injuries. There were no private witnesses, but the parking lot security guard can confirm the incident and check the cameras if you need it.

For the repair I prefer to take it to the AutoRápido repair shop (C/ Alcalá 214, Madrid), where I usually have the annual check-up done. Please let me know whether that repair shop is a partner shop or if I must take it to one in your network so that the repair is covered by the policy. I would also appreciate it if you could explain to me how the compensation works in this case.

Finally, could you confirm whether I have roadside assistance included in my policy and what steps you would take if the car were immobilized and I needed a tow truck?
