Exercise 2: Multiple Choice

Instruction: Choose the correct option in each sentence using the time expressions 'from ... to', 'since', or 'until'.

1.
'Since' cannot be combined with two time points. It indicates a starting point that continues up to now.
'Until' indicates the end time but cannot be used with two separate times in this context.
2.
'Since' refers to a past starting point, not a period that begins in the future.
The addition is redundant because 'since' already implies continuation up to now.
3.
'Since' and 'until' must not be used together without clear time specifications.
'From' always requires both a start and an end time; the end time is missing here.
4.
'Since' indicates a past starting point and is not appropriate for a future registration.
'From' requires a time period with a start and possibly an end; a full time span is missing here.
