URL: Homeoffice in Deutschland

In Deutschland wird Homeoffice seit der Corona-Pandemie deutlich öfter genutzt. Vor der Pandemie arbeiteten nur etwa 25 Prozent der Beschäftigten manchmal zu Hause. Nach März 2022 waren es fast 40 Prozent. Regelmäßiges Homeoffice ist ebenfalls gestiegen: Mindestens einmal pro Woche arbeiten jetzt fast 30 Prozent, vorher waren es nur gut 11 Prozent.

Die Nutzung ist sehr unterschiedlich. In manchen Branchen wie Finanzdienstleistungen oder öffentlicher Verwaltung nutzen bis zu 80 Prozent Homeoffice. In Erziehung und Unterricht ist Homeoffice seltener. Auch die Unternehmensgröße spielt eine Rolle: In großen Firmen ist Homeoffice weiter verbreitet als in kleinen. Insgesamt wurde Homeoffice nach der Pandemie zu einem wichtigen Teil des Arbeitsalltags.
