URL: Homeoffice in Deutschland

In Deutschland ist Homeoffice seit der Corona-Zeit viel üblicher geworden. Vor der Pandemie arbeiteten etwa 25 Prozent der Beschäftigten manchmal zu Hause. Nach März 2022 nutzten fast 40 Prozent das Homeoffice gelegentlich. Das regelmäßige Arbeiten von zu Hause - mindestens einmal pro Woche - stieg von etwa 11 Prozent auf fast 30 Prozent.

Es gibt große Unterschiede zwischen Branchen und Firmengrößen. In Finanzdienstleistungen und der öffentlichen Verwaltung arbeiten viele Menschen im Homeoffice, in der Erziehung weniger. In großen Firmen ist Homeoffice häufiger als in kleinen. Für Homeoffice brauchen viele einen Computer oder Laptop und eine gute Verbindung mit WLAN. Die digitale Infrastruktur wurde in vielen Firmen verbessert.
