Ich suche gerade eine Wohnung und habe gestern eine Anzeige online gesehen. Heute rufe ich bei der Immobilienagentur an. Der Makler sagt, die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Stadtviertel, aber etwas außerhalb des Zentrums. Sie ist möbliert und kann ab dem nächsten Monat bezogen werden. Ich möchte einen Termin zur Besichtigung vereinbaren und frage auch nach dem Mietvertrag. Der Makler sagt, renovieren muss man nichts, aber Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt.
