1. Jürgen: Guten Abend, ich möchte mich über mein Zimmer beschweren. (Good evening, I would like to complain about my room.)
2. Alexandra: Guten Abend. Was ist denn das Problem mit Ihrem Zimmer? (Good evening. What exactly is the problem with your room?)
