You can now register letters and parcels in the Post app. When a letter is on its way to you, you can see the sender and the expected delivery day. For some items, a digital preview is also available. This lets you quickly check whether you need to reply or whether the letter can wait.

If you are not at home, you can have the delivery redirected to a branch or to a Packstation. The notification is sent by e-mail or SMS. Important: to redirect a delivery you need a customer account and a confirmed address. In the app you can also find your tracking numbers and mark a delivery as received.
