Hi Sabine, how nice! I know of an opportunity: At the neighborhood center they’re looking for volunteers for homework help (1–2 hours per week). In the city park there’s also a group that collects trash on Saturdays. You can just ask there. I’m planning to stop by on Tuesday evening—do you want to come along? Then you won’t be alone and it’s more fun.
