Im Mitarbeiterportal finden Sie Informationen zum Übergang in die Rente. Wer in Rente geht, kann ein Beratungsgespräch mit HR buchen. Dort klären Sie das , den möglichen Starttermin und die notwendigen Unterlagen. Viele bleiben noch im Team, zum Beispiel für ein Projekt oder als Mentor.

Nach dem letzten Arbeitstag beginnt ein neuer Alltag. Viele planen, mehr Zeit mit den Enkeln zu verbringen, ein zu übernehmen oder neue auszuprobieren. Im nächsten Jahr werden viele ihre freie Zeit und sich wahrscheinlich nicht , auch wenn sie manchmal sind.
