Der Konditionalsatz Typ 1 beschreibt eine reale Bedingung in der Gegenwart, bei der eine Handlung nur unter einer bestimmten Voraussetzung passiert.

Exercise 2: Multiple Choice

Instruction: Choose the correct sentence with a Type 1 conditional each time. Pay attention to the correct word order and the logical condition related to buying real estate and apartment hunting.

1.
In the "wenn"-clause, the present tense is used, not the Future I. "Will buy" is incorrect here.
This sentence uses the perfect tense in the "wenn"-clause, which belongs to a Type 3 conditional, not Type 1.
2.
"Can get" is incorrectly placed; in the main clause, the verb must be in second position.
The combined future form "will have" is incorrect here. Either "will" or "have" is correct, but Future I is preferred alone.
3.
In the main clause, "move" is not in the correct position. Correct would be "move in next week" or "will move in next week."
The word "will" at the end is grammatically incorrect and unnatural.
4.
"Becomes furnished" is future or passive and does not fit here for a real present condition.
The verb "is" is not at the end in the "wenn"-clause, which is a common mistake.
