After sending an email to request some information, Pedro calls the hotel to book a room.
1. Pedro: Buenos días, les he enviado un correo. ¿Tienen habitaciones libres para una persona? (Good morning, I have sent you an email. Do you have rooms available for one person?)
2. Recepcionista: Buenos días, sí, claro. ¿Busca una habitación individual o doble? (Good morning, yes, of course. Are you looking for a single or double room?)
3. Pedro: ¿Cuál es la diferencia? (What is the difference between them?)
4. Recepcionista: La habitación individual es para una persona. La doble tiene una cama grande o dos camas. ¿Cuál prefiere? (The single room is for one person. The double has a large bed or two beds. Which do you prefer?)
5. Pedro: Prefiero la doble. ¿El desayuno está incluido en el precio? (I prefer the double. Is breakfast included in the price?)
6. Recepcionista: Sí, ofrecemos alojamiento con desayuno. También tenemos media pensión y pensión completa. (Yes, we offer accommodation with breakfast. We also have half board and full board.)
7. Pedro: ¿Qué incluyen la media pensión y la pensión completa? (What does half board include?)
8. Recepcionista: Incluye el desayuno y una comida, normalmente la cena. La pensión completa incluye desayuno, comida y cena. (It includes breakfast and one meal, usually dinner. Full board includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner.)
9. Pedro: Muy bien, entonces reservo para tres noches con media pensión. (Very well, then I book for three nights with half board.)
10. Recepcionista: Perfecto, le enviamos un correo con la confirmación y los datos para el pago. (Perfect, we will send you an email with the confirmation and payment details.)
