Valeria needs to send a registered letter to the town hall and asks for help at the Post Office
1. Valeria: Buenos días, quiero enviar una carta certificada. (Good morning, I want to send a registered letter.)
2. Dependiente de Correos: Perfecto. ¿Es para un trámite legal o administrativo? (Perfect. Is it for a legal or administrative procedure?)
3. Valeria: Sí, es una notificación que tengo que mandar al ayuntamiento y necesito la prueba de entrega. (Yes, it’s a notification that I have to send to the town hall and I need proof of delivery.)
4. Dependiente de Correos: Muy bien. Tendrá justificante de entrega y haremos dos intentos de entrega a domicilio. Si no se entrega, quedará en lista siete días. (Very good. Instruction: You need to send an important contract and you want the recipient to receive and sign it.

Task: Explica qué es una carta certificada y describe los pasos y datos que necesitas para enviarla (indica el precio desde).

Una carta certificada es una opción segura para enviar documentos importantes, como contratos o presupuestos firmados. Cada envío se registra y tiene un código para el seguimiento. La entrega solo se realiza con la firma del destinatario. Si no pueden entregar la carta, dejan un aviso en el buzón y la carta se puede recoger en la oficina durante 15 días.

Se puede enviar desde una oficina o por internet. Primero seleccionas “Enviar”, eliges el tipo de carta y rellenas los datos del destinatario. Después haces el pago con tarjeta o con PayPal. Al final imprimes las etiquetas que identifican la carta antes de llevarla o pedir la recogida. El precio empieza desde 5,74 €.

Es importante que prepares bien los datos y compruebes el seguimiento después de enviar la carta.
