Aviso para viajeros: si te roban o pierdes documentos
Si te han o has el pasaporte en España, ve primero a la para el robo o la pérdida. Lleva tu en España y cualquier documento que tengas (DNI, copia del pasaporte o tarjeta sanitaria). Guarda el papel de la denuncia: el seguro de viaje suele pedirlo.
Después, pide cita en la o en el consulado de tu país. Puedes comprobar la para ver la dirección y los requisitos. Si tienes una urgencia (por ejemplo, no puedes volver al hotel), llama al 112 para pedir ayuda.If your passport has been stolen or you’ve lost it in Spain, go to a police station first to report the theft or loss. Bring your address in Spain and any documents you have (ID card, a copy of your passport, or a health insurance card). Keep the police report: travel insurance usually asks for it.
After that, make an appointment at your country’s embassy or consulate. You can check their website for the address and requirements. If you have an emergency (for example, you can’t get back to the hotel), call 112 for help.
