En nuestra empresa valoramos mucho el en equipo. Cada tiene un papel claro y un de equipo que organiza las tareas. Para preparar una importante o un problema con un cliente, es necesario comunicarse bien y con los compañeros. Así evitamos cometer y podemos decisiones rápidas.

En las reuniones, el jefe de equipo da instrucciones: “Enviad el informe hoy, por favor. uséis el móvil y habléis de temas personales”. También nos pide ser responsables, flexibles y solidarios: si un compañero tiene demasiado trabajo, le ayudamos. Cuando el equipo trabaja bien y se apoya, todos ganan y el ambiente en la oficina es más creativo y agradable.
In our company we highly value teamwork. Each employee has a clear role and a team leader who organizes the tasks. To prepare an important invoice or to resolve a problem with a client, it is necessary to communicate well and cooperate with colleagues. This way we avoid making mistakes and can take quick decisions.

In meetings, the team leader gives instructions: “Send the report today, please. Do not use your mobile phone and do not talk about personal matters.” He also asks us to be responsible, flexible and supportive: if a colleague has too much work, we help them. When the team works well and supports one another, everyone benefits and the office atmosphere is more creative and pleasant.
