Thank you for the information. I’m interested in the listing because the neighborhood is convenient for getting to work. In principle, I’d prefer to rent, but I could also buy if the apartment is in good condition and the price is reasonable.
Would it be possible to schedule a viewing on Thursday afternoon or Friday morning? Also, could you tell me whether there are any community fees and how much they are?
