Clara (cliente): Show En la publicidad pone “en buen estado”, pero quiero saber si está reformado o si hay cosas en mal estado.

Thank you for the information. I’m interested in the listing because the neighborhood is convenient for getting to work. In principle, I’d prefer to rent, but I could also buy if the apartment is in good condition and the price is reasonable.
