Encuesta interna: lista de deseos para 2026
El departamento de RR. HH. ha enviado una encuesta para actividades de bienestar y . Piden a los empleados que escriban tres deseos para el próximo año: un personal, un plan profesional y una nueva. No es necesario explicar todo, pero sí indicar si el plan es y cuándo te empezarlo.
También preguntan si alguien pedir un año sabático corto (1 a 3 meses) o dedicarse a un proyecto personal, como un curso, un voluntariado o un viaje. Recomiendan pensar en el presupuesto y en la al trabajo, para que el final del plan sea claro.The HR department has sent out a survey to plan wellness and training activities. They are asking employees to write down three wishes for next year: a personal plan, a professional plan, and a new experience. You don’t need to explain everything, but you should say whether the plan is realistic and when you would like to start it.
They also ask whether anyone would like to request a short sabbatical (1 to 3 months) or devote time to a personal project, such as a course, volunteer work, or a trip. They recommend thinking about the budget and about returning to work, so that the end of the plan is clearly defined.
