In an emergency, call 112 and say where you are (street, building entrance, and floor). Keep your phone handy and don’t hang up: the operator may ask for more details and send an ambulance, the police, or the fire brigade. If you can, let the concierge or a neighbor know so they can open the door.
Check the first-aid kit once a month. If you have severe symptoms, go to the emergency room or call first. When we were new to the building, we went to the emergency room with any questions; now we ask for advice first and we helped our neighbors follow these instructions.

Hola, soy Marcos (4ºB).
Hi, I’m Marcos (4ºB). I’m with a woman at the building entrance: she fell on the sidewalk and her ankle hurts a lot. She can’t get up. I already called 112 and they’re asking for the exact address. Can you write it to me exactly as it appears on the mailbox? Also, can you come down with a first-aid kit (if you have one) and let the concierge know?

Hi Marcos. The address is: Calle de Alcalá 215, entrance B, 28028 Madrid. I’m coming down now with a first-aid kit and a bottle of water, and I’ll let the concierge know. When I called 112 again, the operator asked me for the phone number and whether the person was breathing нормально. If anything changes, let me know and I’ll talk to them again.
