NEIGHBORS’ ASSOCIATION – REMINDER

In an emergency, call 112 and say where you are (street, building entrance, and floor). Keep your phone handy and don’t hang up: the operator may ask for more details and send an ambulance, the police, or the fire brigade. If you can, let the concierge or a neighbor know so they can open the door.

Check the first-aid kit once a month. If you have severe symptoms, go to the emergency room or call first. When we were new to the building, we went to the emergency room with any questions; now we ask for advice first and we helped our neighbors follow these instructions.
