for the past few months I have been driving to the office every day. There is a lot of traffic and I waste a lot of time looking for parking. Also, it isn't very sustainable.

I'm thinking of choosing another form of transport: the bus, a bike lane or maybe an electric car. But I don't know which is best.

Normalmente voy al trabajo en metro y luego camino unos diez minutos. En mi barrio hay bastante transporte público, así que casi no uso el coche. Antes llevaba coche y perdía mucho tiempo buscando aparcamiento.

Te recomiendo probar el autobús si hay una línea directa; es más económico y sostenible. Si tienes carril bici seguro y la distancia es corta, montar en bicicleta es una buena opción. Un coche eléctrico también es una opción, pero suele ser más caro y necesitarás puntos de recarga.

Si quieres, mañana lo comentamos en la oficina y miramos las opciones de transporte cerca de tu casa.

I usually get to work by subway and then walk about ten minutes. There is quite a bit of public transport in my neighbourhood, so I hardly ever use the car. I used to drive and wasted a lot of time looking for parking.

I recommend trying the bus if there is a direct line; it's cheaper and more sustainable. If there's a safe bike lane and the distance is short, cycling is a good option. An electric car is also a possibility, but it's usually more expensive and you'll need charging points.
