Quanto costa aprire una SRL in Italia? (How much does it cost to open an Srl in Italy?)
Questa è la mia esperienza da giovane imprenditore: a maggio duemilaventiquattro ho fondato la mia prima società in Italia. (This is my experience as a young entrepreneur: in May 2024 I founded my first company in Italy.)
Il primo costo è il capitale sociale: un bonifico che devi fare dal tuo conto personale al conto dell'azienda. (The first cost is the share capital: a bank transfer you have to make from your personal account to the company’s account.)
Noi siamo due soci e abbiamo versato duemila euro in totale, quindi mille e mille. (There are two of us as partners, and we paid in a total of two thousand euros—one thousand each.)
Dopo il capitale sociale c'è il costo più pesante: il notaio. (After the share capital comes the biggest expense: the notary.)
Abbiamo pagato mille e trecento euro per una firma e mezz'ora di incontro. (We paid one thousand three hundred euros for a signature and a half-hour meeting.)
E non finisce qui: bisogna aggiungere centoottantaquattro euro e dieci centesimi tra tasse e bolli vari. (And it doesn’t end there: you have to add €184.10 in various taxes and stamp duties.)
E non bisogna dimenticare il commercialista, che ha un costo fisso mensile, trimestrale o annuale. (And you can’t forget the accountant, who has a fixed monthly, quarterly, or annual fee.)
Solo per aprire l'azienda, il totale è circa tremilacinquecento euro. (Just to set up the business, the total is about three thousand five hundred euros.)

1. Mirko: Buongiorno, vorrei chiedere alcune informazioni perché sto pensando di aprire una SRL. (Good morning, I would like to ask for some information because I'm thinking of opening an SRL.)
2. Commercialista: Certo. Mi spieghi la sua idea e che tipo di attività vorrebbe avviare. (Of course. Explain your idea to me and what kind of business you would like to start.)
3. Mirko: Sto valutando una piccola società di servizi digitali per aziende. (I'm considering a small digital services company for businesses.)
4. Commercialista: Perfetto. È in società con qualcuno? (Perfect. Are you in business with anyone?)
5. Mirko: Sì, con un collega con cui collaboro da anni. (Yes, with a colleague I've been working with for years.)
6. Commercialista: Allora, innanzitutto dovete versare il capitale sociale e fare l'atto dal notaio. (So, first of all you have to pay in the share capital and draw up the deed at the notary.)
7. Mirko: Saprebbe dirmi più o meno quali sono i costi, così possiamo organizzarci con il budget? (Could you tell me roughly what the costs are, so we can plan our budget?)
8. Commercialista: In genere il notaio costa circa 1.300 euro, a cui vanno aggiunti circa 180 euro di tasse e bolli. (Generally the notary costs about €1,300, plus about €180 in taxes and stamp duties.)
9. Mirko: E per il capitale sociale quanto dobbiamo prevedere, più o meno? (And for the share capital, how much should we plan for, more or less?)
