La tessera sanitaria viene inviata a tutti i cittadini iscritti al Sistema Sanitario Nazionale. (The health card is sent to all citizens registered with the National Health Service.)
Ai neonati la prima tessera sanitaria viene inviata automaticamente e vale un anno. (For newborns, the first health card is sent automatically and is valid for one year.)
Dopo, quando la ASL ha i dati del bambino, l'Agenzia manda una nuova tessera. (After that, once the local health authority (ASL) has the child’s details, the Agency sends a new card.)
Questa nuova tessera vale sei anni. (This new card is valid for six years.)
Se non hai la tua tessera sanitaria, puoi chiederla alla ASL o all'ufficio dell'Agenzia. (If you don’t have your health card, you can request one from the local health authority (ASL) or from the Agency office.)

2. Arianna: Buongiorno, sto provando ad accedere ai servizi online, ma il sistema non accetta la mia tessera sanitaria. (Good morning, I'm trying to access the online services, but the system won't accept my health insurance card.)
3. Leonardo: Capisco. Ha attivato la tessera come Carta Nazionale dei Servizi? (I understand. Have you activated the card as a National Services Card?)
4. Arianna: Pensavo fosse già attiva, perché l'ho usata dal medico senza problemi. (I thought it was already active, because I used it at the doctor's without any problems.)
