Starting Monday, the local post office will offer the “Poste Delivery Web” service to send small parcels without queuing. Users can enter the sender’s and recipient’s details on the website or in the app, choose home pickup or counter delivery, and pay online. After payment, a confirmation email is sent with a message and a shipping code; printing documents is not necessary.

For letters and postcards, you can buy envelopes and stamps at the counter or from the tobacconist. For letters it is important to write the address correctly and include a signature only when required (for example for a registered letter).
