Se ti rubano il o perdi i documenti in Italia, fai subito la alla Polizia. Porta un documento di identità se lo haie indica dove e quando successo. La è importante per l’ di viaggio e per richiedere nuovi documenti.

Se ti servono documenti temporanei, contatta l’ o il consolato: sul sito trovi l’indirizzo e gli orari. In caso di emergenza chiama il 112. Se ti perdi, guarda la mappa e chiedi aiuto a ; non accettare aiuti da sconosciuti che chiedono soldi.
If your wallet is stolen or you lose your documents in Italy, report it to the police immediately. Bring an ID document if you have one (even a photo on your phone) and say where and when it happened. The report is important for travel insurance and for applying for replacement documents.

If you need temporary documents, contact the embassy or consulate: you can find the address and opening hours on the website. In an emergency, call 112. If you get lost, look at the map and ask someone for help; don’t accept help from strangers who ask for money.

grazie per il messaggio. Sì, il portafoglio è mio. Purtroppo mancano la carta di credito e la carta d'identità, quindi penso che qualcuno le abbia prese.

Thank you for your message. Yes, the wallet is mine. Unfortunately, the credit card and ID card are missing, so I think someone took them.
