It’s a helpful moment to understand the risks and opportunities without having to make immediate decisions.

After finishing work, many retirees change their routine: some volunteer, others pick up a hobby again or plan trips. HR reminds everyone that it’s normal to have doubts at first and suggests setting a simple goal for the first few weeks to better manage free time.
