From Monday our Milan office will be in the green zone : at certain times vehicle access is restricted and traffic can be heavy. To reduce pollution and arrive on time, the company recommends using public transport or taking the train to Porta Garibaldi.

Each employee can leave their bicycle in the inner courtyard: there is a bike lane near the entrance and a small area for cyclists. If you come by electric car, there are some charging points, but spaces are limited. To avoid delays, choose an alternative and set off a little earlier.

di solito vengo in ufficio in bici perché è comoda e non c'è traffico. Domani però prevedono pioggia, quindi penso di prendere il trasporto pubblico. Dalla stazione possiamo prendere l'autobus 5: passa ogni 10 minuti e ferma vicino all'ufficio. Così evitiamo il traffico e non dobbiamo cercare parcheggio.

Ci vediamo alle 8:30 davanti al bar della stazione e prendiamo un caffè prima della riunione.

Hi Giulia,

I usually cycle to the office because it's convenient and there’s no traffic. However, rain is forecast for tomorrow, so I think I'll take public transport. From the station we can take bus 5: it runs every 10 minutes and stops near the office. That way we avoid traffic and don’t need to look for parking.

Let's meet at 8:30 in front of the station café and have a coffee before the meeting.
