To avoid irritation after showering, choose gentle, fragrance-free products. If your skin reddens easily, try a neutral soap or a shower gel formulated for sensitive skin. For your hair, use a mild shampoo and gently massage the scalp while washing. Dry yourself thoroughly, especially between the toes, as soon as you finish.
Remember: if you are allergic to any ingredient, ask the pharmacist before buying. In the shop you can also find alcohol-free deodorant, a moisturizing cream and disposable razors. For ear hygiene, it’s better to avoid cotton buds: clean only the outer ear with water and soap. If symptoms persist for up to a week, contact your doctor.
