Il video mostra alcuni luoghi e cibi da provare a Roma. Tra questi c'è il maritozzo, un dolce tipico di Roma: si tratta di un panino dolce, ripieno alla panna.
The video shows some places and foods to try in Rome. Among these is the maritozzo, a typical Roman sweet: it is a sweet bun filled with cream.

Qui si trovano ciambelle fritte enormi, croccanti fuori e morbide dentro. (Here you can get huge fried doughnuts—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.)
Il secondo posto è "Trapizzino", dove si mangiano triangoli di pizza farciti. (The second place is “Trapizzino”, where you eat stuffed pizza triangles.)
Io ho preso quello con misticanza alla romana: verdure di campo ripassate. (I got the one with Roman-style mixed greens: sautéed wild greens.)
Il terzo posto è la pasticceria "Regoli", famosa per il maritozzo. (The third place is the pastry shop “Regoli”, famous for the maritozzo.)
I maritozzi sono enormi, pieni di panna, e vanno comprati entro le dieci. (The maritozzi are huge, filled with whipped cream, and you have to buy them before ten o’clock.)
Il quarto posto è il forno "Roscioli", uno dei miei forni preferiti. (The fourth place is the bakery “Roscioli”, one of my favourites.)
Qui tutto è buono, ma consiglio soprattutto la pizza rossa. (Everything here is good, but I especially recommend the red pizza.)
La pizza è bassa, croccante e cotta benissimo: un pezzo tira l'altro. (The pizza is thin, crispy, and baked perfectly: one slice leads to another.)

3. Il panettiere: Ho delle pizze al taglio: prosciutto e funghi, margherita, con le verdure. Ho anche la pizza rossa. (I have pizza by the slice: ham and mushrooms, margherita, with vegetables. I also have red pizza.)
4. Francesca: Va bene, mi dia un paio di tranci di pizza rossa e anche una porzione di patatine, per favore. (All right, give me a couple of slices of red pizza and also a portion of fries, please.)
