(Dress code and tips for the company dinner)
The dinner will take place at the restaurant “La Terrazza.” The dress code is smart casual: no ripped jeans or trainers. A blazer-and-trousers combination or a simple dress is fine. Accessories should be discreet (scarf, tie). If you wear a jacket, make sure it’s clean and neat.
To avoid stress, prepare your outfit the night before: put your shirt in the wardrobe and your socks in the drawer next to your underwear. If you’re unsure, ask a colleague: they usually recommend a slightly more elegant look for anyone speaking during the evening. If you’re coming from the office, you can also change in the bathroom in front of the mirror.

Hi! Tomorrow after work some colleagues are going to have an aperitivo downtown. I don’t know what to wear: I usually dress very casually.<\/p>
How do you usually dress for these occasions? Do you think it’s better to wear a shirt with a jacket or is a simpler look fine? If you have any advice, let me know 😊<\/p>

Hi Marco! For an aperitivo I go for a simple but polished look. I usually wear dark jeans and a shirt, and a light jacket if it’s cool. I think that way you look elegant without being too formal. If you want, bring the tie in your bag and decide later. I’ll wear a black dress with a scarf. See you tomorrow!
