Our company is introducing hybrid work: two days in the office and three days working from home. per me è perfetto il lavoro ibrido. Secondo me due giorni a casa e tre in ufficio funzionano bene.

Vorrei fare smartworking il martedì e il giovedì. A casa la connessione e il WiFi funzionano bene, di solito non ho problemi con le videochiamate.

Secondo me lavorare da casa è comodo e mi sembra più facile concentrarmi, ma in ufficio mi sembra più semplice parlare con i colleghi e fare le riunioni importanti.

I would like to do smartworking on Tuesday and Thursday. At home the internet connection and WiFi work well; I usually don't have problems with video calls.

In my opinion, working from home is comfortable and I find it easier to concentrate, but in the office it's easier to talk with colleagues and hold important meetings.
