Two colleagues comment on a piece of news seen yesterday on television
1. Giorgio: Hai sentito la notizia dell'incendio alla Stazione Centrale? (Did you hear the news about the fire at the Central Station?)
2. Beatrice: Sì, che spavento! Ho visto il servizio ieri al TG1. (Yes, what a scare! I saw the report yesterday on TG1.)
3. Giorgio: Io l'ho visto su Rai News 24: mostravano le immagini in diretta. (I saw it on Rai News 24: they were showing the images live.)
4. Beatrice: Prima della notizia dell'incendio, alla radio dicevano che non si capiva il motivo dei treni in ritardo. (Before the news about the fire, on the radio they were saying that they didn't understand the reason for the delayed trains.)
5. Giorgio: Poi parlavano di un guasto enorme; temevo di non riuscire a prendere la metro oggi. (Then they were talking about a huge breakdown; I was afraid I wouldn't be able to take the metro today.)
6. Beatrice: Sì, anch'io. (Yes, me too.)
