A customer asks the shop assistant for advice.
1. Klant: Goedemiddag, kunt u mij helpen? (Good afternoon, can you help me?)
2. Winkelassistent: Ja, natuurlijk. Wat zoekt u? (Yes, of course. What are you looking for?)
3. Klant: Ik wil graag zalm en roomkaas. Waar zijn die? (I would like salmon and cream cheese. Where are those?)
4. Winkelassistent: De zalm ligt hier. De roomkaas vindt u daar, tussen de kwark en de kaas. (The salmon is here. You can find the cream cheese there, between the quark and the cheese.)
5. Klant: De zalm is duur, maar hij is vers. Ik neem hem mee. Bedankt. (The salmon is expensive, but it is fresh. I'll take it with me. Thank you.)
6. Winkelassistent: Kan ik nog iets voor u doen? (Can I do anything else for you?)
7. Klant: Ja, ik zoek nog iets bij de vis. (Yes, I'm still looking for something with the fish.)
8. Winkelassistent: Wilt u verse spinazie? Die is nu in de aanbieding. (Would you like fresh spinach? It's on sale now.)
9. Klant: Spinazie is gezond, maar ik houd er niet van. Waar kan ik betalen? (Spinach is healthy, but I don't like it. Where can I pay?)
10. Winkelassistent: Hier, aan de linkerkant. Geen spinazie dus? Misschien een komkommer of een salade? (Here, on the left side. No spinach then? Maybe a cucumber or a salad?)
11. Klant: Nee, ik houd niet zo van gezond eten. Maar bedankt voor uw hulp! (No, I don't really like healthy food. But thank you for your help!)
