Instruction: Read the dialogue and answer the questions.

Christiaan verhuist voor zijn nieuwe baan. Roos, een makelaar, laat hem het huis zien en hij vraagt naar een werkplek en rookmelders.

Christiaan is moving for his new job. Roos, a real estate agent, shows him the house and he asks about a workspace and smoke detectors.
1. Christiaan: Hallo, ik ben Christiaan. Ik had een afspraak om het huis te bekijken. (Hello, I’m Christiaan. I had an appointment to view the house.)
2. Roos: Welkom, Christiaan. Goed dat u er bent. We beginnen hier in de gang. (Welcome, Christiaan. Good that you’re here. We’ll start here in the hallway.)
