Één maand later in het nieuwe huis belt Jochem de klantenservice over een apparaat dat niet goed werkt.

One month later in the new house, Jochem calls customer service about an appliance that isn’t working properly.
1. Jochem: Hallo, met Jochem. Ik heb een probleem met mijn afwasmachine. (Hello, this is Jochem. I have a problem with my dishwasher.)
2. Sterre: Goedemiddag, Jochem. Vertel eens: wat is er precies aan de hand? (Good afternoon, Jochem. Tell me: what exactly is going on?)
3. Jochem: Hij gaat aan, maar na een paar minuten stopt hij weer. (It turns on, but after a few minutes it stops again.)
4. Sterre: Dat is vervelend. Brandt er toevallig een rood lampje op het paneel? (That’s annoying. Is there by any chance a red light on on the panel?)
5. Jochem: Ja, dat zie ik. Ik weet niet wat het betekent. (Yes, I see it. I don’t know what it means.)
6. Sterre: Dat lampje betekent meestal dat er te weinig water binnenkomt. (That light usually means that too little water is coming in.)
7. Jochem: Oké. Kan het ook aan de kraan onder de gootsteen liggen? (Okay. Could it also be because of the tap under the sink?)
8. Sterre: Ja, zeker. Kijkt u even of die kraan helemaal open staat? (Yes, certainly. Could you check whether that tap is fully open?)
