1. Jochem: Hallo, met Jochem. Ik heb een probleem met mijn vaatwasser. (Hello, this is Jochem. I have a problem with my dishwasher.)
2. Sterre: Goedemiddag Jochem, vertelt u eens: wat is er precies aan de hand? (Good afternoon, Jochem. Tell me: what exactly is the problem?)
3. Jochem: Hij gaat aan, maar na een paar minuten stopt hij weer. (It switches on, but after a few minutes it stops again.)
4. Sterre: Dat is vervelend. Brandt er een rood lampje op het paneel? (That's annoying. Is there a red light on the control panel?)
5. Jochem: Ja, ik zie daar inderdaad een rood lampje. Ik weet niet wat het betekent. (Yes, I can see a red light there. I don't know what it means.)
6. Sterre: Dat lampje geeft meestal aan dat er weinig water binnenkomt. (That light usually means that only a little water is getting in.)
