Exercise 2: Dialogue

Instruction: Read the dialogue and answer the questions.

Two friends discuss Linda's daily routine, she presents on the radio.
1. Liam: Heb je gehoord van Linda? Zij staat om vier uur op. (Have you heard of Linda? She gets up at four o'clock.)
2. Emma: Dat kan ik echt niet. Ik slaap tot acht uur. (I really can't do that. I sleep until eight o'clock.)
3. Liam: Ik sta op om negen uur. Ik scheer me en ik ontbijt daarna. (I get up at nine o'clock. I shave and then I have breakfast.)
4. Emma: Ik ook! Ik eet altijd en ik drink koffie. (Me too! I always eat and I drink coffee.)
5. Liam: Scheer jij je ook? (Do you shave as well?)
6. Emma: Nee, grapjas. Ik was mijn gezicht. Ik doe mascara op. Ik zet koffie klaar. (No, joker. I wash my face. I put on mascara. I prepare coffee.)
7. Liam: Ik ga ook met de auto naar mijn werk, zoals Linda. (I also go to work by car, like Linda.)
