Vanmiddag scheen de zon in het zuiden, maar in het noorden was veel bewolking. (This afternoon the sun was shining in the south, but in the north there was a lot of cloud cover.)
In het noorden was het koud, met ongeveer vier graden en een oostenwind. (In the north it was cold, with about four degrees and an easterly wind.)
In het midden en zuiden was het warmer: twaalf tot zestien graden. (In the central part and the south it was warmer: twelve to sixteen degrees.)
Vanavond is het zacht in het zuiden, maar de regen komt uit België. (This evening it is mild in the south, but the rain is coming from Belgium.)
In de nacht gaat de regen verder naar het noorden. (During the night the rain will move further north.)
In het noorden wordt het één graad, in Limburg ongeveer acht graden. (In the north it will be one degree, in Limburg about eight degrees.)
Morgen blijft het verschil groot: in Groningen één graad met natte sneeuw of ijzel. (Tomorrow the difference will remain big: in Groningen one degree with wet snow or freezing rain.)
In het zuiden blijft het regenen en wordt het elf graden. (In the south it will keep raining and it will be eleven degrees.)
Maandag wordt het overal winter, met min vijf graden in de nacht en ook dinsdag temperaturen rond het vriespunt. (On Monday it will be winter everywhere, with minus five degrees at night and also on Tuesday temperatures around freezing.)

1. Carlos: Hé, hallo! Van welke vestiging kom jij? (Hey, hello! Which branch are you from?)
2. Lieke: Hallo. Ik ben van deze vestiging hier in Alkmaar. Ben jij hier op bezoek? (Hello. I'm from this branch here in Alkmaar. Are you visiting here?)
3. Carlos: Ja, dank je. Ik kom van de vestiging in Madrid. (Yes, thank you. I'm from the branch in Madrid.)
4. Lieke: Oh, wat leuk. Kun je wennen aan het koude weer hier in Nederland? (Oh, how nice. Can you get used to the cold weather here in the Netherlands?)
5. Carlos: Ja hoor. En de weersverwachting zegt dat er vanmiddag nog zon komt. (Yes, sure. And the weather forecast says that the sun will come out later this afternoon.)
6. Lieke: Oh, gelukkig. Hopelijk snel, want het is erg koud met die sterke wind. (Oh, luckily. Hopefully soon, because it's very cold with that strong wind.)

8. Lieke: Niet helemaal. Het weer is hier wisselvallig. Elke dag is anders. Hoe is het bij jullie? (Not entirely. The weather here is changeable. Every day is different. How is it where you are?)
9. Carlos: In Madrid is het veel zonniger en de temperatuur is hoger. (In Madrid it's much sunnier and the temperature is higher.)
10. Lieke: Oh, ik ben een beetje jaloers. Hier begint de winter vroeg. (Oh, I'm a little jealous. Here, winter starts early.)
11. Carlos: Komt er dan sneeuw? Of blijft het regenen met veel wind? (Will there be snow then? Or will it keep raining with lots of wind?)
