In vielen Unternehmen ist klare Verantwortung wichtig. Wenn zu viele Personen für denselben Bereich zuständig sind, wird oft nichts entschieden. Mit mehreren Mitarbeitern können Aufgaben jedoch schneller erledigt werden. Gute Ratgeber und fachliche Expertise helfen bei schwierigen Fragen, aber am Ende entscheidet die Führungskraft. In der Organisation gilt: Aufgaben müssen klar verteilt werden, damit Projekte erfolgreich bleiben.

Ich erkläre dir drei wichtige Sprüche für Führungskräfte. (I'll explain three important sayings for leaders.)
Der erste Spruch lautet: "Viele Köche verderben den Brei." (The first saying is: "Too many cooks spoil the broth.")
Das bedeutet: Wenn viele Personen für einen Bereich verantwortlich sind, passiert oft nichts. (That means: If many people are responsible for one area, often nothing happens.)
Jeder muss klare Verantwortung übernehmen. (Everyone has to take on clear responsibility.)
Der zweite Spruch ist: "Viele Hände bringen schnelles Ende." (The second saying is: "Many hands make light work.")
Wenn du viele Mitarbeiter hast, kannst du Aufgaben schneller erledigen. (If you have many employees, you can complete tasks faster.)
Der dritte Spruch besagt: "Viele Ratgeber sind gut." (The third saying goes: "Many advisors are good.")
Experten können dir wertvolle Ratschläge geben, aber die Entscheidung musst du selbst treffen. (Experts can give you valuable advice, but you have to make the decision yourself.)
Du musst als Führungskraft immer die Verantwortung tragen und klare Bereiche für andere festlegen. (As a leader, you must always bear responsibility and define clear areas for others.)
Für den Erfolg ist es wichtig, gute Ratgeber und Experten zu haben, aber du triffst die endgültige Entscheidung. (For success, it is important to have good advisors and experts, but you make the final decision.)
