An der Packstation drückt ihr auf "Versenden" und scannt den unteren Strichcode auf dem Paketaufkleber. (At the Packstation, you press "Send" and scan the lower barcode on the shipping label.)
Zuvor habt ihr den Paketaufkleber so auf den Karton geklebt, dass alte Strichcodes überdeckt sind. (Before that, you have stuck the shipping label onto the cardboard box in such a way that old barcodes are covered.)
Falls noch etwas sichtbar ist, übermalt es. (If anything is still visible, you color over it.)
Wählt dann die Größe des Kartons aus - meistens ist M die richtige Wahl. (Then select the size of the cardboard box – most of the time M is the right choice.)
Das Fach öffnet sich. Legt das Paket hinein, schließt das Fach und bestätigt, dass das Paket eingelegt wurde. (The compartment opens. Put the parcel in, close the compartment, and confirm that the parcel has been inserted.)
Falls ihr weitere Pakete verschicken wollt, geht es genauso. (If you want to send more parcels, it works the same way.)
Wählt aus, ob ihr ein registrierter Kunde seid. (Choose whether you are a registered customer.)
Auch wenn ihr nicht registriert seid, könnt ihr eine Einlieferungsbestätigung anfordern, indem ihr eure E-Mail-Adresse eingebt. (Even if you are not registered, you can request a posting receipt by entering your email address.)
Wichtig: Legt niemals Retourenpakete ohne ausgedrucktes Label ab. (Important: Never drop off return parcels without a printed label.)
Zur Sicherheit könnt ihr das Ganze mit eurem Handy filmen, falls die Packstation keinen Beleg ausstellt. (To be on the safe side, you can film the whole thing with your phone in case the Packstation does not issue a receipt.)

Instruction: You want to return an online order and are planning to drop off the package at a DHL Packstation.

Task: Schreibe die Schritte zum Versenden an der Packstation und erkläre kurz, welchen Beleg du bekommst und wann keine Trackingnummer vorhanden ist.

URL: Pakete versenden mit der Packstation

Mit einer DHL Packstation kannst du Pakete und Päckchen einfach versenden, auch ohne Anmeldung. Du kannst Retouren abgeben oder eine Versandmarke nutzen, die du online gekauft hast.

  1. Wähle am Bildschirm „Versenden“.
  2. Halte den Strichcode der Versandmarke vor das Lesegerät.
  3. Wähle eine geeignete Fachgröße.
  4. Lege die Sendung in das Fach, schließe es und bestätige die Einlagerung.

Wenn du möchtest, bekommst du einen Einlieferungsbeleg per E-Mail. Du wartest auf die Bestätigung am Bildschirm, bevor du gehst. Wichtig: Ein Einlieferungsbeleg gibt es nur für Pakete. Päckchen haben oft keine Sendungsnummer und sind deshalb nicht in der Sendungsverfolgung sichtbar.
