Rescheduling is free up to 24 hours in advance. After that, a flat fee applies because the time often can no longer be reassigned. If an appointment is available, we will confirm the new time by email. When making the request, please also say whether you only want a haircut or would also like to have your make-up done.

Hi Lena, thanks for the info. Wednesday at 6:00 pm works well for me, please confirm. I’d like to have about 3–4 cm cut off the ends and a natural cut that falls easily. At the end, please do a quick blow-dry so I can see how the hairstyle sits. I have slightly curly hair and I’d like it not to be too heavily layered. Thank you very much and see you on Wednesday!
