werden + wohl/sicher + Infinitiv is mostly used to express an assumption about the present (or a very near situation), not a plan.

wohl = “probably / I suppose” (educated guess, not 100%)
sicher = “certainly / almost certainly” (high confidence)

Pay attention: It’s still not a fixed plan; it’s “I expect/hope this will happen.”

Self-check: do you really mean assumption?

If it’s an assumption about now: use wird wohl / wird sicher.
- Er ist nicht erreichbar. Er wird wohl gerade in einem Meeting sein.
If it’s a plan/decision: don’t use wohl/sicher; use normal future or present.
